It was followed by Skin (2016), mixtape Hi This Is Flume (2019), EPs Lockjaw (2013), Skin Companion EP 1 (2016), Skin Companion EP 2 (2017), Quits (2019), and much more. The self-titled debut album by Flume was released on November 9, 2012. The founder of this manager took Streten under his management and made his released his first EP, titled Sleepless. Streten submitted three songs, and he finished second in the competition. This track was signed to an original artist competition in 2011, which was managed by the Australian record company known as Future Classic. "Possum" was the first radio play song by him, which was uploaded to Triple J Unearthed. He composed two songs entitled "Flow" and "Fizz," along with many remixes. Streten began to produce house music under his initials, HEDS, in the year 2010.
He started to compose music when he was only 13. Harley Edward Streten attended Seaforth Public School for primary school and later, St Augustine's College, Brookvale, along with Mosman High School for secondary school. His music style is defined to be future bass, hip-hop, pop, electropop, experimental, and electronic type. He is an Australian record producer, musician, and DJ, and is from Sydney, New South Wales. Harley Edward Streten (November 5, 1991) is professionally known as Flume.
